Roasted Garlic and Parmesan White Bean Dip

An easy white bean dip with parmesan, rosemary and roasted garlic!

ingredients
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic – link this
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil to taste
directions
  1. Puree everything in a food processor adding as much olive oil as needed to get it to the desired consistency!

Tip: Slow cooker roasted garlic is much easier to make that roasted garlic! – link these
Option: Replace the roasted garlic with or 2 cloves minced/grated fresh garlic!
Option: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat!
Option: Serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil and/or chopped parsley!
